RadOMA GS-1220 Spectroradiometer
The GS-1220 spectroradiometer is designed for quality control and high-speed LED testing. The optical integration time is up to 100 ms.
The special optical design in combination with a back thinned CCD detector enables precise measurement of extremely weak light, outstanding sensitivity in the blue range and high accuracy in wavelength, color and absolute intensity.
The back thinned detector has 2048 pixels and is thermoelectrically cooled.
The absolute calibration of the instrument is performed in the NVLAP accredited laboratory (NVLAP laboratory code: 200823-0) of Gamma Scientific and is NIST traceable.
Typical applications are LED testing, display measurements, reflection and transmission measurements as well as NVIS tests.
RadOMA GS-1290 Spectroradiometer
The GS-1290 is a high performance LED spectroradiometer. The proprietary optical design and back thinned CCD technology allow very precise measurement of very weak light. In addition, the device is also very sensitive in the short-wave range and allows a high measurement accuracy of wavelength, color and absolute intensity.
NVLAP’s ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation (NVLAP Laboratory Code 200823-0) also enables customer-specific calibrations.
The GS-1290 spectroradiometer is designed for quality control and high speed LED testing. The optical integration time is up to 100 ms.
Typical applications are LED testing, display measurements, thin-film reflection transmission measurements and NVIS tests.
