Laser diode modules

Laser diode module LDM125 with mounting flange

This laser of the Imatronic family is an industrial standard laser in round form with an 11 mm diameter round housing, which has a mounting flange with 25 mm in size and two threaded holes. This makes this module very easy to align and mount, which also ensures better heat dissipation.
The module is available in the wavelengths 520, 635, 650, 670, 780 and 850 nm. It is operated via diodes with a maximum output power of 5 mW.

Beam options:

Two collimating lenses are offered. The “G” lens is a glass lens with an elliptical output beam. The “P” lens is made of plastic and projects a circular output beam with less divergence.
Both lenses have a user adjustable focus.

Operating modes:

Standard is CW mode. The operating voltage for red and infrared modules is 5 V, for green models 10 V. All lasers have an electrically insulated housing. In addition, there is also the option of a TTL modulation input with a bandwidth of up to 100 kHz.

Laser diode module LDM126 with square housing

This laser of the Imatronic family is an industry standard laser with a square metal housing in the dimensions 25 x 14 mm. This allows this module to be aligned  easily on a flat mounting surface. The optical axis of the laser beam is also aligned towards the housing.

With the two M3 mounting holes, the user can easily fix the module on the mounting surface. In addition, the square shape offers excellent heat dissipation via the base plate compared to round laser housings.

The LDM126 module is available in the wavelengths 520, 635, 650, 670, 780 and 850 nm and can be operated with up to 5 mW diodes as standard.

    Beam options:

You can choose between two collimating lenses. The “G” lens is made of glass with an elliptical output beam. The “P” lens is a plastic lens and projects a circular output beam with less beam divergence. Both models also have a user adjustable focus.

    Operating modes:

Standard is CW mode. For red and infrared modules the operating voltage is 5 V, for green models 10 V. All lasers have an electrically insulated housing. In addition, there is also the option of a TTL modulation input with a bandwidth of up to 100 kHz.

Laser diode module LDM127 with square housing

This laser of the Imatronic family is an industry standard laser with a square metal housing with the dimensions 19 x 34 mm. It can be aligned on the front side and the optical axis of the laser beam is aligned towards the housing.

The front face and one side face have four mounting holes to attach the laser to the mounting surface. In addition, the square shape offers better heat dissipation compared to round laser housings.

The LDM127 module is available in the wavelengths 520, 635, 650, 670, 780 and 850 nm and can be operated with up to 5 mW diodes as standard.

    Beam options:

You can choose between two lenses. The “G” lens is made of glass with an elliptical output beam. The “P” lens is a plastic lens and projects a circular output beam with less beam divergence. Both models also have a focus that can be adjusted by the user.

    Operating modes:

Standard is CW mode. The operating voltage of red and infrared modules is 5 V, green models work at 10 V. All lasers have an electrically insulated housing. As a further improvement the LDM127 can be equipped with a TTL modulation input with a bandwidth of up to 100 kHz.
