TIA 3000 Transimpedance Amplifier Systems

The TIA 3000 series includes a high performance transimpedance amplifier with dark current values below 3 fA, very high blue light sensitivity and exceptionally high measurement accuracy in wavelength, color and power. The light to be measured is detected by a thermoelectrically cooled sensor and a controller with USB input. The TIA 3000 system is available with both silicon and InGaAs detectors.
