Laser diode drivers for up to 20A

Series 4200 and 4300 by Arroyo Instruments offer a wide variety of benchtop laser drivers with injection currents ranging from 100 mA to 20 A. Overview

All devices offer special features not found on competing products. These include optically isolated photodiodes and modulation inputs, a programmable PD bias, constant voltage control mode and USB2 interface.

They also feature laser diode protection circuits such as safety interlock, ESD protection and programmable hardware limits for current and voltage. Of course all drivers can be operated in constant current, constant voltage and constant power mode. A large VFD display enables easy reading even with laser safety googles.
