Shortpass filter
Short-pass filters are generally used to isolate areas of a broad spectrum. The task of this type of filter is to allow wavelengths below the output cut-off wavelength to pass and to block wavelengths above the cut-off wavelength. Short-pass filters can provide the desired wavelength range in combination with a corresponding long-pass filter. Asahi Spectra offers a wide range of short pass filters for the UV, VIS and IR ranges.
The short-pass filters are available in two standard sizes:
- Round with 25 mm diameter
- Square 50×50 mm
Special cuts or customer-specific filters with different apertures or blocking ranges can be provided. We would be happy to work out an individual solution together. Please contact us.
