Spectrally controlled interferometry (SCI)

Coherent and incoherent interferometry is well suited for the measurement of optics. The spectrally controlled interferometry approach developed by Äpre uses a spectrally controlled light source that combines the advantages of both techniques in a user-friendly method.

Optical components do not have to be moved in this process.
