Single-Longitudinal-Mode Laser
The single-mode lasers in the LaserBoxx series are available as DPSS lasers (LCX and LPX models) or as diode lasers (LBX and LSX models).
The diode lasers are based on the integration of a temperature-stabilized laser diode. Due to their stable design and low noise current, these models deliver ultra-narrow linewidth emission.
Further advantages of the VBG-stabilized LBX and LSX models are::
- Patented, integrated mode coupling
- Versions with improved beam quality
The DPSS lasers have a patented alignment-free monolithic resonator (AMR), which enables highly efficient pump switching and the highest spectral quality currently available on the market. In addition, the LCX and LPX models are very stable over a long period of time and insensitive to temperature fluctuations and mechanical vibrations.
Further advantages of the LCX and LPX models are:
- Up to 500 mW continuous wave operation
- Flat laser head (32 mm)
- Lowest power consumption on the market
≤ 12 W for LCX, any wavelength, less than 200 mW
≤ 20 W for LPX-532 and LPX-640, 500 mW
≤ 15 W for LPX-561, 300 mW - Optional: Customized beam diameters (0.6 to 1.4 mm)
