Quick Pro
The QuickPro is designed for applications that require or benefit from a micromanipulator and is an addition to an existing microscope in the laboratory.
Like the arms of the AxisPro, the individual arms can be controlled very precisely and intuitively via mouse. The mouse and QuickPro arm are connected via a control panel, even without a separate PC. If there are multiple arms, switching between them is also controlled via the touch panel.
Thanks to its adjustable magnetic feet, the QuickPro can be adapted to most microscopes. The dimensions of the stage, the travel range, and the focus distance are important factors in determining how much space the QuickPro will have for its work.
Components
Below you will find an overview of the possible configurations.:
| Model | Specification | Configuration |
|---|---|---|
| QP-3RH | Right Arm Set | 1, 2, 3 |
| QP-3LH | Left Arm Set | 1, 2, 4 |
| QP-3RLH | Both Arms Set | 1, 2x2 units, 3, 4 |
| QP-3RH-EXY | Both Arms Set + electric XY stage | 1, 2x2 units, 3, 4, 5 |
| QP-3RH-ZS | Additional Right Arm Set | 2, 3 |
| QP-3LH-ZS | Additional Left Arm Set | 2, 4 |
| QP-3PCUG | PC-control kit (as extension) | 6, 7, 8 |
| QP-3RH-SW | Twin Tool Arm Set1 | 1, 2, 3, 9 |
1For some measurement methods, such as 4-point measurements of the conductivity of printed circuit boards, SOFC cathodes, or membranes, each arm can be equipped with a twin tool holder. This allows reproducible electrical conductivity measurements to be taken at four points, at a defined and uniform distance from the sample surface, which prevents artifacts.
