A new method of surface analysis with nm resolution
With Quartus Engineering from San Diego, we have won a strong partner in the field of surface analysis of planar and arbitrarily curved surfaces. The OptiQuiver combines the advantages of a wavefront sensor with both a high dynamic range and precise angle measurement.
The internal reference source also enables the features of an autocollimator. The spatial resolution is only a few nm over the entire wavelength range from UV to NIR. It works with practically all types of light sources, whether laser, LED or white light source, and supports divergent, collimated and focused radiation.
