Tunable Littrow lasers (LDL)
The improved Littrow diode laser from MOGlabs with extended resonator and chassis in an all-in-one design. There are no coil springs that vibrate. Made from a solid block of aluminum, this laser is compact, robust and stable. The precise, reproducible vertical alignment and the rotation of the grating are decoupled from each other, so that the wavelength can be adjusted by several multiples of ten nanometers via the diode gain curve without realignment. The linewidth is less than 100 kHz at longer wavelengths and typically 200 kHz in the blue range. The LDL laser is specially designed for wavelengths from 370 nm to 500 nm and is hermetically sealed to reduce the effects of external air pressure fluctuations.
Like the CEL, the LDL can also be combined with an amplifier if power levels of over 150-200 mW are required.
The MOGLabs LDX housing enables the internal mounting of an isolator. We will be happy to find suitable insulator options for you. Other options include fiber coupling, a second beam output or an installation option in racks.
