Line-Scan Array-Kamera LiSa SWIR 2048
The LiSa SWIR V2 is a line scan array camera, specially developed for applications where high sensitivity and image quality are required. This camera has a resolution of 2048 x 1 pixel and a pixel pitch of 8 µm. With a frame rate of more than 110 kHz, fast-moving objects can be captured precisely. In addition, “bad” pixels can be replaced by Bad Pixel Replacement and the integrated non-uniformity correction (NUC) ensures high-quality images by compensating for differences in the sensitivity of the individual pixels.
The LiSa SWIR V2 is suitable for applications that require precise and reliable imaging.

Applications
Due to its small size of 35.4 x 75 x 68 mm3, the LiSa SWIR V2 can be integrated into process control systems and is ideal for the inspection of semiconductors/wafers/solar cell panels, in process sorting or in hot glass inspection.
