New UV bandpass filters from Asahi Spectra
The new UV bandpass filters 254 – 390 nm are now available. The UV bandpass filters from Asahi Spectra are designed to have a narrow transmission range of ~ 10 nm and more at UV wavelengths thanks to the special coating process.
They are coated onto monolithic quartz glass using a magnetron sputtering process and have excellent transmission in the passband compared to conventional UV bandpass filters. Applications include spectral radiometry, medical diagnostics, chemical analysis, colorimetry, astronomy and all areas where spectral isolation is required.
