New Imaging Technologies

New Imaging Technologies from France is a spin-off from the National Center for Scientific Research, which was founded in 2007. Since 2024, they have been part of Lynred, a world leader in infrared technologies.
New Imaging Technologies specializes in short-wave infrared (SWIR; wavelength range: 0.9-1.7 µm) imaging applications.

The development and production of the cameras and sensors takes place in the company’s own factory and is based on SWIR technology, which ranges from the design of the readout circuit to the hybridization technology, the photodiode arrays and the camera electronics through to the software.

Thanks to the technology used, these cameras and sensors can be used in a wide range of applications. Examples of applications can be found in industrial process monitoring (e.g. semiconductor inspection), security and surveillance, characterization of laser beams and inspection of optical assemblies, or in the life science sector (e.g. examination of blood vessels or food). Due to their temperature resistance, shock and vibration stability, they can be used under extreme environmental conditions. Of course, these devices are also suitable for research and development, can be integrated into existing systems due to their small size, and the software can also be modified if required.
The company holds ISO9001 certification.
